Meditation Therapy

Therapy groups are the energetic methods involving a minimum of interaction among the participants, but the energy of the group helps each individual go more deeply into his or her own processes.

The three original meditative therapies created by Osho are: Osho Mystic Rose, No-Mind, Born Again. These are the radical energetic processes that lead to a final stage of silent self-awareness.

Osho Mystic Rose Meditative Thearpy

It is a three-week process, lasting three hours per day. During the first week, participants laugh “for no reason at all,” dissolving the blocks of their conditioning that prevents their spontaneity and joy. The second week is devoted to crying, and the third week to silent watching meditation


Osho No-Mind Meditative Therapy

It is a week long process, lasting for two hours a day.
For the first hour, participants do Gibberish (Gibberish means don’t say things which are meaningful, don’t use the language that you know). For the second hour they sit silently doing nothing.


Osho Born Again Meditative Therapy

This is the third of Osho’s meditative therapies, lasting for two hours a day for seven days.
First Stage: For the first hour you behave like a child, just enter into your childhood.
Second Stage: For the second hour just sit silently.
