Daily Meditation

Various meditations are done between morning 6 AM and evening 8 PM. here

Dynamic Meditation : 6:00 AM
Osho’s most popular active meditation and is best done at sunrise. It can be done in a group or alone, but the energy will be more powerful if it is done with others.
Nadabrahma Meditation : 4:00 PM
An ancient Tibetan Buddhist technique which is best done on an empty stomach with eyes closed.
Vipassana Meditation : 2:00 PM
An essential meditation by which Buddha became enlightened and more people have become enlightened than any other meditation.
Kundalini Meditation : 4:30 PM
As the name implies, this meditation moves very potent energies within the meditator. Just as it is good to do the Dynamic at sunrise, this beautiful “sister” meditation is best done at sunset.
The Evening Meeting : 6:30 PM
The highlight of the day is this evening meeting better called as the “Osho White Robe Brotherhood”. It involves celebration, dance, and silence – a unique opportunity to experience ‘effortless awareness’. “Something is experienced in this gathering which no one has been able to define. This is the highest peak of the whole day’s working, meditation or doing groups.”
